New World:
Name: Silva Age: For the sake of arguement, fairly old. Seeing as Earth is about 65 million, Silva is about 80 million. Tech: Advanced. Very steam punk, but more advanced than current world tech. Not so far as lasers though, but has huge industrialisation, and developing cybernetic technology, eg. fully mechanic limbs and eyes. Magic: Yes. The aristocrats and Noble famillies are born with magic. This magic is typically summoning magic, but some pyromancers and necromancers have been known. With more recent variation in the world, more types of magic have become apparent. Structure: A normal sphere planet, but almost all the land is covered by towering cities. The rest is water. Inhabitants: Typically humans or close relatives thereof. Seeing as it's a city-world, not much natural wild-life exists, but rats and mice thrive. Under ground, there are sewers and storage tanks, and any surviving wildlife lives there, probably mutated hideously. Theyse mutations rarely see the light of day, but occassionally one wreaks havoc among the citizens. Cultures: A fairly totalitarian world, ruled by the aristocracy. Although this may sound harsh, there is a state of natural peace, and the citizens are not oppressed much. VIPS: The noble families, aristocracy, the emperor. They all live in style and luxury, but are able to defend them sleves. They areall trained in the different arts, and have very powerful magic. Recently, some have shown an interest in harnessing the technology to create golems and mech. Some terrorists and civil-rights groups hae begun to launch attacks and stirr up-risings. Habitats and Landmarks: One big city- there are many huge bridges spanning seas, and space scrapers. There are also huge pits on the central districts, full of furnaces and slave pits, but hese are concealed well and generally unknown of by the public. There are large statues of previous emperors and mayors all over, and some parks. Level of Xenophobia: Fairly low. Pretty much everything goes, as it wold be impossible to police it all. However, all law-breaking is harshly dealt with. (even though this is about xenaphobia, not the law).
If there's anything else, i'll be happy to say.

Sounds nicely thought out as a setting, provides a solid background for its denizens. Approved, with one detail question: Where to they get their food supplies from?
Also, I find it quite ironic that such an urbanised place is to be called silva, which is latin for forest.
Oh, we'll add a preferred description template too, to go in the world list. Kindly see if you're okay with this, and if not, add it to your submission post? =3 *still practicing protocol*
World: Silva Universe: unspecified (lone world?) Belongs to: courtjester Additional notes: Techy heavily urbanised world with various sorts of magic, open to strangers.

The food could be a) farmed below surface, artificially grown, or b) imported from other worlds (is that possible?) Alternatively, there are are large areas that food is grown in with special growth enhancers. Incidentally, thanks!

Name: Noh Age: Estimated 1-2 billion years old Story: Once home to the human colony of Gethanosi, now a radiated ruin of a world. Due to heavy bombardment of plasma based weapons from Korak (the Defiler) and his armada, Noh (I) is now largely uninhabited and inhospitable. Humans who were unable to be evacuated to Noh IV - now mutated by nuclear radiation - inhabit some areas of the wasteland. Tech: Once home to the human colony of Gethanosi, a highly advanced civilisation. Utilising plasma, gauss and laser technology, one could say they were pretty advanced. Now, however, most of the technology is lost. Laser weaponry was able to be salvaged due to it's robustness, and the tech level of everyday tasks now lies around the level it was in the 1960's. Magic: No Structure: Fairly mountainous, but some flatland. Now deep impact craters litter the flatland areas due to the war. Inhabitants: Mutated humanoids, and a number of very dangerous predators. Climate: Ice. Cultures: This planet has abandoned God and religion due to the entire population being mutated beyond recognition. VIPs: Akrate Geth led the evacuation of Noh. He gave up his seat in the last shuttle to Noh IV to his pregnant wife. She gave birth to Nora Geth, and she, Andrew Geth. Andrew now resides in Noh IV. Akrate Geth, now mutated by radiation, resides in Noh. His genetic structure, unlike most inhabitants, has been mostly unchanged, but he ages so much slower than the other Mutants and human beings. Habitats and landmarks: The last known enclave to the mutants is a fortress, built into the side of a cliff. It is known as Geth's Folly. Level of xenophobia: Extremely high. You will be shot on sight. The locals have spared no thought for forgiving the human race. and They are also extremely bitter, as they believe they could have been evacuated along with the rest of the planets inhabitants.

Approved, but could you sort out the locations such as Noh one and four slightly more? As in, are they plents, space stations? I'm dumb atm, presume I have no idea wtf it is. Also, are there uninhabited places? (aka where did Noh two and three go? x) )
Add your description then so I can update the world list =D

Name: Regolith Age: Seventy-Six million, roughly. Tech: They have reasonable technology, but nothing too advanced. They're a traditional culture, and thus stick to candles and fires, rather than electric lights. Magic: Yes, they have magic. This magic usually focusses around pyromancy and aeromancy, but darker magic has been known to be used. Structure: Normal sphere world, but the inhabitants live below surface. Above surface, it's a barren land, or a large expanse of sea and blizzards. See later. Inhabitants: The inhabitants are called Regolians, and are similar to humans in virtually every way. The differences can be seen below. The cultures vary depending on the nation and location, as it does in reality, but the basic feel is what we'd describe as oriental, chinese probably. They're fond of loose clothing, and food that doesn't take long to prepare. The system of rule varies in each area, too. VIPs: The various leaders of state, they generally worship the God of Fire, in whatever form he may take. Each Nation has it's own heroes and folklore. Habitats and landmarks: The surface is mainly made of mountains and wasteland where there isn't sea, but around the equator of the planet the weather is very nice, so Regolians live above ground there. Underground, large cities have been hollowed out from the rock over the years, and have grown into huge tunnels reaching down, with houses and tunnels leading out from the walls of said big holes. There are around ten cities per nation, and around eight lead nations, but there are many smaller ones. At the bottom of these city-holes are giant furnaces, which burn constantly, supplied by the magic in the world and spell-casters that are trained to keep the fires burning. though it seems unlikely, these fires are hot enough to burn even the rock, which is how the tunnels keep deepening; thus strict safety measures are employed. The food is grown in huge underground fields, or grown inside homes using the fertile soil living udnerground near big burny things gives. Water is siphoned from the surface. Due to the constant heat, the process of making electicity is very easy, and as a result, they have an abundance of it without having to pollute the planet. But if it did, I doubt they'd care. Level of xenophobia: Reasonably low, but if you annoy them, they'll burn you. (TEEHEEBURN)
Seeing as this isn't really long enough to deserve a whole new post:
Regolians are very similar to humans, sharing the basic structure and looks, but are different due to basic genetic changes and their habitat. Primarily, they have higher temperature-resistant skin, due to living next to big burny pits, and have better eyesight to accommodate for their living undergound. Other similarities also include darker iris(es? i? the plural) and enlarged pupils. The genetic changes include slightly longer fingers, and a general nimbleness and slightness- almost no Regolians are fat, but this is more due to their preffered mode of transport, their feet, rather than any genetic changes.
World: Relogith
Universe: Lone World Belongs to: Courtjester Additional notes: The magic(s) on this world are mostly fire, and burny stuff. There is some room for aeromancy, but seeing as the general population live 'neath ground, it isn't widely used. Other magic is able to be used there, but much less commonly. The system of rule is also typically a kingdom, or a democracy. The difference between ruling styles causes much strife between nations. The technology level far that they have television, and mobile phones (Using a widespread signal using fibre optics and wires through the rock, seeing as someone's bound to ask how they get a signal. -.-), and monorails/tubes, but stick to burning heating and tradition of not overusing technology.

I find it quite hilarious how the base concept resembles one of my developing worlds, but they're deffo not the same. maybe I should tie my own world into a decent concept sometime..
It's mostly underground as well, but the surface is inhabited on some continents too xP
Good call on the signal question, it's indeed not something you'd assume to work underground. I'll add this to the printout
